Schedule H Instructions
These instructions reference the following reports and documents from your 401k software and companion materials:
• Employee Census -- All Employees
• Employee Census -- Terminated Employees
• Year End Auditor's Worksheet
• Yearly 5500 Summary Worksheet
• Year to Date ADP Test Correction
• Year to Date Distributions
• Adoption Agreement |
Use Schedule H as an accompaniment to Form 5500 to report certain financial information if your plan has 100 or more eligible employees.
401(k) Pro, Inc. does not give instructions on completion of Schedule H. Its preparation is the sole responsibility of your auditor.
